I aim to provide a professional and confidential counselling service within a comfortable, tranquil setting for adults and young people on a one-to-one basis.
I believe that therapy needs to be tailored to each individual and therefore I offer integrative counselling using Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Therapy and Transactional Analysis techniques. You will find further information about the different types of therapy available at:
www.counselling-directory.org.uk/counselling.html
I am a qualified counsellor and hold a Certificate in Counselling Skills and an Advanced Diploma in Counselling. I am an Individual Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP Code of Ethics (

I have a range of experience working in Mental Health organisations - these include the mental health charity MIND and Women's Aid which supports the victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I have received specialist training in Depression, Self-Esteem, Assertion and Eating Distress.
I am committed to Continued Professional Development in order to enhance my work and I am fully insured.
